This data flow is sent to Other ITS roadway equipment and contains the actual state of operation of the indicators used to pass instructions to drivers and travelers on freeways for traffic metering within the geographic and/or jurisdictional area(s) served by the function. It is used for local coordination and consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
