deviation_response_to_protect_connection

This data flow provides the response from the Manage Transit Vehicle Deviations process on whether a bus/vehicle will be able to deviate from the schedule in order to protect a transit user's connection within the same agency, i.e. "Hold" the next bus. This may include the maximum time that the next vehicle will be allowed to wait before leaving.
