misbehavior_reporter_identity

This data flow is sent from a vehicle's onboard equipment (OBE) or an OBE-hosted application and contains the identity of the system or application reporting the misbehavior. The misbehavior authority process will use this to correlate the reported misbehavior with other reports. It consists of the following data item which is defined in its own DDE: equipment_device_identity
