This data flow is sent to the Manage Emergency Services function from other emergency centers and contains information about wide area alert notifications detected in the notification of a major emergency such as a natural or man-made disaster, civil emergency, or child abduction to be sent to the traffic operations personnel to be on the lookout for certain conditions. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
