This data flow is sent to Other ITS roadway equipment in order to provide local device coordination and is used to report the status of a roadway warning system. By monitoring this data flow, the receiving process can determine whether obstacles have been detected in the roadway, if the warnings were sent properly, or whether any additional information is required.
