This data flow contains inputs on emergent traffic regulations provided by the emergency personnel on-board an emergency vehicle. These inputs include emergency personnel status, vehicle status, and incident scene activity status that may trigger a change to a traffic regulation that needs to be shared with the center and surrounding vehicles and travelers.
