Overview
'Vehicle Loading Zone Access' collects information on loading zone availability and makes this information available to the driver. It also provides the capability to reserve loading zone space prior to arrival.

Requirements

| 02 | The vehlcle shall receive loading zone information, including reservation information from a parking element. |
| 03 | The vehicle shall be able to make an electronic paymenmt for a space in a loading or unloading zone. |
