10.6.3.2: Provide Vehicle Device Coordination

This process shall provide coordination between a on-board vehicle equipment, including a micromobility vehicles (MMV), and personal devices. The process shall provide a handshake between the vehicle OBE and the personal device so that the vehicle OBE provides information to the personal device that is relevant given the traveler is now inside a vehicle.
