stolen_vehicle_security_status_update

This data flow is used by the Manage Emergency Services function to update a personal vehicle owner with the status of their vehicle during a stolen vehicle recovery process. This may be sent in response to an explicit request or notification by the user or due to the behavior of the vehicle being operated outside the bounds of predefined thresholds.
