6.8.2.5: Provide Personal Stolen Vehicle Recovery

This process shall respond to the input of a request from a traveler to register a personal vehicle with a stolen vehicle recovery service and to setup thresholds and criteria for notifications with the service. This process shall receive status changes from the Manage Emergency Services function managing the recovery. As changes are received this process shall display the information to the user. This process shall forward inputs from the user to directly notify the Manage Emergency Services function when a user's vehicle has been stolen.
