mc_traffic_regulations_input
This data flow is used within the Manage Maintenance and Construction process to inform the work zone functions what inputs from the Maintenance and Construction Vehicle operator may have that could change or trigger the distribution of emergent traffic regulations, e.g., initiated a work zone (move over), closing a lane to traffic, personnel working at/near the roadway, etc.
